Sisters Thrive?

Sisters Thrive is a wellness community and lifestyle reset for Muslim women over 40 who are exhausted by the weight of caregiving, chronic stress, and conflicting health information — yet are deeply committed to their families, their faith, and their futures. It’s where physical health meets emotional clarity, habit healing, and culturally safe support.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all fix or another intense fitness plan. Sisters Thrive meets you where you are, with gentle guidance, science-backed tools, and real sisterhood rooted in shared values and lived experience.

The program is inspired by the Body Thrive model by Cate Stillman and adapted to meet the unique needs of Muslim African American women. Our new e-learning course and updated workbook provide culturally responsive, time-efficient practices that help participants build sustainable wellness habits without compromising modesty, community obligations, or religious values.

Sisters Thrive promotes representation and safe spaces, offers culturally tailored wellness strategies, and amplifies the voices of Black Muslim women in wellness. Whether you're balancing family life, career, trauma recovery, or chronic illness, you’ll find tools, encouragement, and community here.
